A SignaTrust Digital Signature is compliant with:
HOW SIGNATRUST WORKS
Contract / Agreement / Document issuer uploads the contract to SignaTrust servers and enters the email address(es) of the designated signer(s).

SignaTrust then invites each signer to open an account at SignaTrust.  Once the account is opened, and after a verification process, the signer(s) uploads their signature in JPG format, which is stored and secured in a series of off-line servers.

SignaTrust requires the signer(s) to validate their signature by allowing our automated system to dial their phone number so they can enter the PIN code displayed on their computer screen.

Once the PIN code is entered correctly, the electronic signature will be placed into the document, and the issuer will be notified.
